ACE Commerce Engine
ACE is a private system for running and monitoring e-commerce operations: tracking orders, managing fulfilment, prioritising work and keeping an audit trail of decisions. It is operated by the business named in the current operator disclosure.
Private, controlled access
ACE is used only by its operator and the operators it authorizes. It is not a public service, and nobody can sign up for it.
Built on Google Sheets
ACE's operational records live in Google Sheets and are processed by ACE's own Google Apps Script project.
Private operator console
Authorized operators review ACE through a private console. It reads from ACE on its own server, never directly from the browser.
Why ACE uses Google authorization
ACE runs as a Google Apps Script project in the Google account of the ACE administrator. The administrator grants ACE authorization so it can work with the Google Sheets that hold ACE's operational records, run its scheduled tasks, and identify the Google account performing an action.
Authorization is started and controlled by the ACE administrator, covers only the permissions ACE's Apps Script project requires, and can be revoked at any time from the administrator's Google Account. OAuth credentials are kept server-side and are never placed in pages or code delivered to a browser.
